Cruisers are independently operable ships that traverse quickly and are self-sufficient in and out of combat. It can hold a large number of supplies while carrying up to only the optimum amount of crew for a long journey. NVR cruisers are made to hunt down pirates and foreign enemies in far-off locations, sometimes even in hostile skies. It is a wartime design of 82 meters long and the 22 meters width of the deck has 3 masts while its sides are laden with mana oars. It also has a large pair of rotors to the side of the hull at its aft and a smaller pair towards the bow.
